I first start using chopsticks to style my hair a few years back; it is an easy, quick and stylish look worth trying that can be transformed from a day look to an elegant one you can wear for special occasions. All you need is a chopstick (either a simple one or a decorated one, depends on your choice); I bought mine online for less than 2$ and looks gorgeous. The only skill you need to know is to twist the chopstick around the hair tightly to secure it better.
With one hand hold your hair into a high ponytail and with the other hair place the chopstick next to the first hand and then fold the hair but make sure not to let go yet. Twist the hair around while securing the chopstick tightly. Once you find you perfect position, let go and see how it looks. If necessary you can use bobby pins to fix any hair sections left out. Add some hairspray to help keep things in place and enjoy the new look!
