Welcome the Spring With Bright Colors

If you have bright colored eyes, your obligation is to enhance them with the proper colors, especially when the Spring is here. Celebrate it with a stunning and joyful mood, let’s get rid of the blue mood and the plain, natural looking makeup. Let’s get wild for a moment and let’s bring the colors back in our looks in order to welcome the Spring properly. Here is one idea for a colored eyeliner, but your eyes have to be blue if you choose the colors from the tutorial. Don’t worry if your  eyes are in some other colors – for brown eyes, choose green shades and for green eyes, choose purple/plum and golden combination. But let’s get back to the blue eyes, take a look at the tutorial and enjoy the results:
Your first job is to bring the brows back to life. I assume that you have applied some kind of coverage product on your skin and if so, you have to fill in the brows with some color in order to bring them back in the game. Line the desired shape with a flat brush or pencil and then fill in that shape with a little bit of color. If your brows are naturally bold, there is no need of the shaping, just brush them with the proper color.
Then prime the lids with a matte primer, which will prevent smudging and creasing the liner, especially if you have hooded lids.
Apply base color – beige, matte eyeshadow.
Enhance the crease with a brown eyeshadow – focus on the outer corner of the crease. Smudge it nicely.
Highlight the brow bone with a concealer.
Then line the first set of liner – purple one. Make a cat-eye flick at the end.
 Then apply white liner right above the purple one. Trace the same curve of the first liner. The white line will be a base for the next color – hot pink liner. Apply it on the white line and enjoy the way it pops out.
Finish the look with a coat of mascara.
