Apply primer to the lids. If you are not too much into the makeup application then you should know a few tips:

The primer works as a base for your makeup, it holds the eyeshadows and the liner wright where you have put it.
The brows need to be shaped and filled in with color before the application of the lid makeup. This is will prevent any smudging of the lid makeup. If some of the color for the brows falls onto the lid before the makeup is applied, you will be able to remove the brow color without ruining the whole makeup design.
So, after the primer is applied, you have to apply a base color to the lids – a beige one. Choose it to be shimmer.

Cover the bottom waterline (only the outer half) with a navy blue color, or a color that will match the color of your eyes.
