 Raj and Simran; the two characters (portrayed by Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol) which inspired tons of Bollywood movies and taught us how we find the love of our life in the most unexpected places, and that how tough it is to fight the world for your soulmate.

The lead couple of the romantic Bollywood movie of the era, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, painted the canvas of fresh romance in the Indian film industry and led to the movie bagging numerous awards and records.

Even after completing 25 glorious years of first screening, DDLJ continues to make its viewers fall in love with the story and characters over and over again. But since nothing in the world is perfect, even the beloved Bollywood romantic flick has a few loopholes.

1) Simran never mentioned her wedding date or venue to Raj, still he miraculously appears at her wedding.
 2) The climax scene of 'Punjab da pind' where Simran's marriage was supposed to happen was shown to be 'Apta,' a tiny station near Mumbai!
 And about 1700 km from Punjab!

3) Europe-educated Simran denies to enter the running train from the door RIGHT NEXT TO HER and runs for Raj's widespread arms instead!
 If only she was as smart as Geet from Jab We Met!

4) None of Simran's closest friends are invited to her big fat Punjabi wedding.
 I mean, it's like Simran doesn't even give a fuck about her gang of girls!



 May be the film makers wanted to spice the screen up a little with a bra. That sense of humour of Bollywood! *slow claps*

6) While Raj wanders around in a single piece of clothes his entire trip, Kajol roams around Europe in different designer clothes everyday despite losing her suitcase.
